Shawna O’Driscoll
I have been sewing since I was eight years old. Over the years, my skills have grown from sewing clothing, to smocking, embroidery, cross stitch and now quilting. I’ve been quilting for nearly two decades and attend annual sewing conferences and quilting workshops to grow my skills and keep current with the latest trends in quilting. In June 2021, I decided to share my skills with the world and formed Hemlock Lane Quilting. I’m a perfectionist, to a fault, and look forward to helping you bring your quilt to life!
A modern approach
Hemlock Lane Quilting utilizes a Gammill Statler 30” computerized quilting machine on a 14’ table for all computer-guided quilting. The Gammill Statler comes with more than 1,000 patterns, with additional custom patterns available for purchase online. The software provides the ability to quilt edge-to-edge, or create a completely customized design, depending on the customer’s wishes. Shawna will help guide you through the pattern selection process.
The studio also has a Gammill Vision 2.0 18” on a 12’ table for custom hand-guided quilting.
